Can we camp in front of the arena?

No. Camping in front of the arena is not permitted and security will be onsite.

Powerbanks and extra batteries

Powerbanks are okay to bring. Max. size: 10x10cm. Only one powerbank per personal please. No additional batteries.

Can I bring a bag/backpack to the concert?

Visitors are permitted to take one small bag/handbag with them which does not exceed the size of “DIN A4” (21.0 x 29.7cm). You can find more information about the bag policy and security here.

Can I bring a camera to the show?

No, sorry.  The latest update is that no cameras are allowed inside the arena. Phones are okay to bring, but no lens accessories.

Do I need to bring an ID?

We recommend bringing some form of photo ID as security may ask for proof of age at the entry. This can be a ID card, passport, drivers licence etc.

Can I bring posters?

Posters up to DIN A3 are permitted. Anything that goes beyond that, incl. flags, banners etc. are not allowed. Furthermore, LED posters in any size are not allowed as well.

Can we buy merch at the venue?

Yes. Merch will be sold inside the arena. But we have no information about what, exactly will be sold.

Do I need to be at least 16 in order to attend the show on my own?

Yes! If you’re younger than 16, you need to be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) who is either a Custodial Person or has been named a Person with Parental Power. The accompanying person must have a valid ticket for the event and you must enter the arena together.

The person with parental power or custodial person can only accompany a max. of 4 children and adolescents under the age of 16.

The adult may have a ticket for a different seating area though (exception: Premium / VIP /standing tickets). Parents / legal guardians can appoint someone else (friends, sisters/brothers, etc.) to act as a Custodial Person for the event. Find more information here:

I bought tickets from a third party / reseller website! Are they valid?

Unfortunately we have no way of telling whether a ticket purchased at non-official websites is valid for entry or not. We strongly advise against buying these tickets as they are often overpriced and the validity of the tickets can never be guaranteed.

It is not allowed to bring fanners to the venue.

Lightsticks are okay to bring to the show with a maximum size of "DIN A4" (21,0 x 29,7).
