The greatest ballet fairy tale of all time “Dornröschen (Sleeping Beauty)” will be performed on January 21, 2022 by the St. Petersburg Festival Ballet and the Baltic Festival Orchestra at the Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin.

Sleeping Beauty is one of the most famous pieces of ballet literature, created with the music of Peter I. Tchaikovsky. The story was written by Charles Perrault and is about a princess who pricks herself on a cursed spindle and as a result she falls into a 100-year-long sleep. Only the kiss of true love can bring her back to life. The impressive féerie of beauty, elegance and grace, combined with breathtaking costumes and the unique passion of the dancers of the "St. Petersburg Festival Ballet", takes the audience into the fairy-tale world of fantasies and dreams in an impressive way.
