As a fully accessible arena, the Uber Arena offers wheelchair users and people with impaired mobility an ideal infrastructure to enjoy the events to their fullest extent.

Accessible Tickets for events at Uber Arena

ALBA BERLIN:
Tickets (prices according to price category 5) for ALBA BERLIN home games can be purchased via email at ticketing@albaberlin.de or at the box office* (depending on availability) from approx. 90 min. before tip-off. Tickets include a free parking tickets for the accompanying person.
Eisbären Berlin:
Tickets for the Eisbären Berlin games are only available through the official Eisbären Berlin ticket hotline (030 - 97 18 40 40). Tickets for wheelchair users are also available at the box office of the Uber Arena on the day of the event.
Parking and Entrance
Disabled access parking is available at both the underground car park "Plaza" and the Uber Arena car park. We also encourage you to use available capacities at the car park of the “East Side Mall” (access via Tamara-Danz-Strasse).
The parking spaces for disabled persons in the "Arena" parking garage are at ground level. Wheelchair users can exit/access the "Plaza" and "East Side Mall" parking garages via signposted elevators.
The maximum clearance height is 2.05m in the Arena car park and 2.0m in the Plaza underground car park. Disabled guests whose vehicles cannot enter the car parks due to their height (e.g. wheelchair loading system on the car roof), please contact us by e-mail before attending the event: aegberlinguestservice@aegeurope.com
Wheelchair users enter the arena via the accessible entrance 9 next to the Premium entrance or the accessible press entrance (entrance 2). For drop-off and pick up please use the press entrance (via Hedwig-Wachenheim-Str.). The main entrance (Main Lobby) is not fully accessible. From here, you can only reach the public visitor areas via stairs or escalators.
Seating and Toilets
130 seats have been allocated for wheelchair users and their companions on level 2, which can be reached via the accessible entrances 2 and 9 using four elevators. All levels contain toilet stalls designed for wheelchair use.
Mobility Service
For persons with limited mobility a limited number of wheelchairs will be available at the main entrance (access via Uber Platz), at the Premium Entrance, Entrance 9 (access via Mildred-Harnack-Str.) and Entrance 2 (access via Hedwig-Wachenheim-Str.) for the duration of the event. Please speak to the security staff on site if you need assistance.
Assistance Dogs, Guide Dogs for the Blind
Assistance/service dogs, including guide dogs for the blind and visually impaired, are welcome. Please notify us in advance of your visit aegberlinguestservice@aegeurope.com - we will be happy to assist you in selecting the most suitable places.
Audio commentary for persons with visual impairment
For persons with visual impairments, the Uber Arena will provide receivers and headphones free of charge at home games of the Eisbären Berlin, with which the live commentary produced by Eisbären Berlin can be used. The use of own headphones with 3.5mm jack plug is possible. The receivers and headphones will be handed out from the beginning of the admission against the deposit of an ID document at Entrance 2 (access via Hedwig-Wachenheim-Str.).
