Wheelchair Users
As a fully accessible arena, the Mercedes-Benz Arena offers wheelchair users and people with impaired mobility an ideal infrastructure to enjoy the events to their fullest extent.
Tickets
In order to purchase tickets for wheelchair users, please contact our ticketing team (phone: +49 (0)30 / 20 6 070 88 99), or go to our box office located directly at the arena.
ALBA BERLIN:
Tickets for ALBA BERLIN home games can only be purchased through the official ALBA BERLIN ticket hotline (030 - 300 905 -41 or -46) or at our box office from approx. 90 min. before tip-off.
Eisbären Berlin:
Tickets for the Eisbären Berlin games are only available through the official Eisbären Berlin ticket hotline (030 - 97 18 40 40). Free tickets for wheelchair users are also available at entry 2 of the Mercedes-Benz Arena on the day of the event.
Parking and Entrance
Disabled access parking is available at both the underground car park "Plaza" and the Mercedes-Benz Arena car park. We also encourage you to use available capacities at the car park of the “East Side Mall” (access via Tamara-Danz-Strasse).
Wheelchair users enter the arena via the entrance 9 next to the Premium entrance or the press entrance.
Seating and Toilets
130 superior seats have been allocated for wheelchair users and their companions on level 2, which are accessible by eight elevators. All levels contain toilet stalls designed for wheelchair use.
